When You Partner with Masterpiece Construction to Carry Out Your Remodel or Addition, We Become Part of Your Daily Life
We have streamlined the difficult process of home renovation by combining our award-winning design and build services. We transform houses into beautiful, practical spaces that families enjoy spending time in.
The following is a brief timetable of what it would be like to work with us. Remember that each project is unique, and these are only guidelines.
1. Analyze
4-5 Weeks
Remodeling your home can be thrilling, intimidating, and even frightening.
We try hard to remove the mystery from the unknown and to answer all of your questions and concerns.
During this phase you will:
- Meet with our project director in the comfort of your home to discuss your project.
- Review our website, internet reviews, educational materials, and pricing information to ensure that we are a good fit for your job.
- Approve the renovation plan created by our team for you.
- We have various banks that we can recommend to our clients that are interested in financing. If you need more information, please contact us and we will put you in touch with one of our partners.
2. Design
8-12 Weeks
Once the design agreement is finalized, our design team will visit your house to discuss your idea for your remodeled area in person. After taking measurements and pictures, our team will get to work on redesigning your home.
You will be able to analyze your design in a variety of ways by using sketches, architectural elevations, and 3D rendering tools.
3. Hone
3-5 Weeks
Throughout this phase, our team is also working on the project’s core. They are evaluating engineering work for code compliance, consulting with trade experts (plumber, electrician, HVAC, mason, etc.), and ensuring all paperwork is ready to begin building.
Your Design Team will walk you through the process of selecting your ideal materials and finishes, allowing you to see cabinets, tile, flooring, and paint all together to get a clear image of how it will all appear in your space.
Finally, you return to our office for one final presentation of the final proposal. A fixed-price bid with a highly specific scope of work is included.
We have a very low change order percentage and are able to deliver an excellent initial product. If you are satisfied with what you see, we will proceed to the construction step.
4. Construct
10-28 Weeks
You will meet your Project Manager who will oversee your project and discuss the start date as soon as you sign the build contract and pay your deposit. Your Project Director will stay with you as well throughout the construction as well to make sure that your project goes as smoothly as possible.
5. Enjoy
Your dream remodel is now complete, and you can begin enjoying the newly renovated space. Craftsmanship and quality carpentry are guaranteed from the moment you welcome our craftsmen into your home until you say your final goodbye. You can also rely on our 2-year warranty to resolve any problems that may arise.
